Confidential in Florida is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead both traditional and digital initiatives for a growing Commercial Real Estate portfolio. You will drive PPC campaigns, oversee social channels, draft press materials, and collaborate with operations to support store-level marketing.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing degree or equivalent experience, possess Google Ads and Bing familiarity, and can leverage AI tools to create content and ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PPC campaigns on search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
• Experience running social media accounts (academic, or professional) and familiarity with advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc).
• Google Ads / Bing certification a plus.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc) a plus.
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations supporting stores through traditional marketing.
• Support online marketing strategy and PPC campaigns.
• Draft and place press releases.
• Implement company planograms.
• Coordinate external PR agencies.
• Collaborate with outside partner specialists to build and execute marketing strategy.
• Generate fresh, creative ideas for promoting the business and reaching new customers.
