Job summary

Ringside Talent is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute the company’s marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for strengthening the Ringside brand, increasing market visibility, and supporting business growth through digital marketing, content, email campaigns, sales enablement, and events.

Ideal candidates will manage SEO, website content, social media (LinkedIn), blogs, newsletters, and sales materials in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong B2B

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, content creation and communication skills.
• Experience with social media, SEO, email marketing and digital platforms.
• Ability to create effective sales and marketing materials.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with brand consistency and quality.
• Comfortable owning initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• B2B, professional services, staffing or recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Ringside’s marketing strategy, initiatives, and calendar.
• Manage digital marketing including SEO, website content to boost traffic.
• Own Ringside’s social media presence and content creation.
• Write and publish blogs, market insights, updates, and thought leadership.
• Develop and execute email campaigns and newsletters.
• Partner with sales to create enablement materials and campaigns.
• Plan and execute client events, company events, sponsorships, and brand activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing, sales materials, digital channels, events and external communications.
• Track marketing performance across website, SEO, email, and social media.
