What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager driven to help coaches succeed on the Everfit Marketplace. You'll identify and secure new coaches for the platform, helping them register, onboard, and fully utilize it, not just sign up! Your job is to figure out what it takes to activate and motivate coaches—using data, creativity, and hands-on tactics. You’ll also help build the processes that support long-term coach engagement and success. This isn’t a typical 9–5 role. You’ll need to meet coaches when and where they are, showing up with the right message or opportunity when it matters most.

What you’ll do at Everfit

  • Drive coach acquisition by identifying, targeting, and onboarding new coaches to the Marketplace
  • Use B2B-owned channels (email, webinars, LinkedIn, groups) to engage the coach community
  • Develop creative campaigns and experiments to activate and publish coaches
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline outreach, personalize journeys, and drive coach activation
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding and address coach barriers
  • Create coach-facing content (onboarding, tooltips, videos) and in-app messaging to explain new features
  • Host digital and live events that educate and motivate coaches
  • Manage and improve key metrics like activation, churn, expansion, and coach revenue
  • Work cross-functionally to gather coach feedback and share insights that inform growth strategies
  • Support coach-facing Sales, CS, and Support teams with value-driven enablement materials

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B2C funnels and account-based marketing, growth, or customer acquisition (SaaS or marketplace experience is a plus)
  • Experience building and managing email campaigns, webinars, or live events
  • Experience using AI as a thinking and execution partner—not just for writing copy, but to support research, targeting, personalization, and workflow automation across your marketing efforts
  • A data-driven and analytical approach, and you are comfortable with funnel metrics, A/B tests, and reporting
  • A creative, scrappy mindset and a willingness to try new tactics to hit goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and common SaaS tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Google Analytics, and Figma)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with limited oversight

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working on a creator, community, or course-creation platform
  • Experience working with health, wellness, or coaching professionals
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing SaaS environment
  • Ability to organize and run in-person activations or industry events
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms or multi-sided networks
