Job summary

CoreReachAI, Inc. seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation for AI-driven voice solutions used by property management groups. You will own paid and organic campaigns, optimize landing pages, and craft content that converts visitors to trials and demos. This is a fully remote role open to US candidates.

You’ll build partnerships with associations, manage affiliate programs, and continually report performance with leadership. Join to drive revenue and scale successful efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation or digital marketing at a B2B software company.
• A record of measurable growth through both paid and organic channels.
• Strong analytical skills: GA, attribution and A/B testing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp or similar).
• Clear, persuasive writing for different audiences and channels.
• A self-starter mindset: you don't wait for permission to test a new idea.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns across paid search, paid social, email and content.
• Own search strategy, from keyword research and technical SEO to showing up in AI answers.
• Create and improve landing pages, ad copy and email sequences that turn visitors into trials and demos.
• Build content that helps property managers compare their options, including traditional answering services.
• Develop partnerships with property management associations, communities and companies that serve property managers.
• Grow our affiliate and referral programs.
• Track performance, move budget toward what works, and report clear takeaways to leadership.
