Runway is seeking a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats. You will design assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert, using generative tools as a core part of your workflow.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company.
• Portfolio showing range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative with strong craft and art direction.
• Strong motion design skills and fluency in After Effects, Premiere or equivalent.
• Solid graphic design fundamentals applied to high‑converting ad formats.
• Hands‑on experience using AI image/video generation tools with an art director’s eye.
• Comfort with performance data and ability to translate metrics into creative changes.
• Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple campaigns without sacrificing quality.
• Experience collaborating with growth marketers and product teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats.
• Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on assets that are on-brand and well art directed.
• Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery from briefs or self-direction.
• Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and growth to develop integrated ad concepts.
• Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B testing using performance data to guide changes.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without templating assets.
• Collaborate on go-to-market launches translating new product capabilities into visuals for target audiences.
• Hands-on experience designing for major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn) with channel-specific specs.
• Update GTM assets and templates to stay current and on-brand across campaigns.
• Contribute to a library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies.
