Job Description

The Growth Marketing Manager will lead community growth and execute digital marketing campaigns. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Sales, and Executives, to drive user engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion on social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).
• Monitor industry trends and community feedback.
• Create engaging, performance-driven social media content.
• Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Plan and execute Web3 marketing campaigns, including rewards, KOL, and partner co-marketing.
• Foster a positive online community environment.
• Moderate community interactions and handle queries effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience in Web3/blockchain, preferably in startups, focusing on digital channels like social media and mobile.
• Proven success in scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Experience in designing multi-channel marketing campaigns (web, email, social media, communities, video).
• Knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and tools like SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills across global teams.
