About This Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Sprig’s acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs, while supporting the broader marketing team across digital, events, and cross-functional campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-led SaaS company and make a measurable impact on pipeline generation, customer retention, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to our
Head of Marketing, you’ll play a hands-on role in campaign execution, optimization, and cross-team collaboration.
Your Impact
- Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key digital channels.
- Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and budget allocation to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize lifecycle campaigns and nurture flows to improve engagement and lead conversion.
- Analyze and report on paid media and lifecycle campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
- Support broader marketing programs such as virtual events, lifecycle campaigns, and integrated campaign launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and lifecycle teams.
Your Strengths
- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or paid acquisition, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or paid acquisition, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance optimization, with experience running experiments and optimizing for CPL and lead quality.
- Experience planning and optimizing lifecycle campaigns (e.g., onboarding, re-engagement, upsell) and strong proficiency in marketing operations, especially within HubSpot.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data to uncover insights.
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$180,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
