At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered. What You'll DoThe Growth Marketing Manager will fuel Calm's growth engine and help solve the mental health crisis by supporting campaigns across all channels but with an emphasis on paid social. You are a self-driven paid marketing expert who is well versed in channel strategies and is an execution superstar, with a strong track record of driving measurable impact through rigour optimization within paid marketing channels for a DTC business. You have strong analytical skills, experienced in diving deep into data to find meaningful trends and insights that drive optimization decisions. You have direct experience optimizing complex paid channel strategies driving consistent performance outcomes. You're both data proficient and creative, and will be a strong partner to internal media buyers, and UA creative teams to consistently execute on our channel strategies to meet our performance targets. In this role you will : Have a deep experience with paid marketing optimization and a passion for optimization to driving performance targetsBe supporting campaigns across all channels but with an emphasis on paid social for the DTC business.You will take on everything from execution the channel strategies and roadmaps as well as driving weekly optimization of the campaignsLeverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiencyImplement automation to improve bidding strategies, budget pacing, and performance trackingDrive A / B testing and experimentation to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategiesFrequently report out on budget pacing, campaign performance, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return on investment (ROI)Provide regular reports and insights to channel leads on channel performance and optimization recommendationsRegularly analyze performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunitiesYou will work closely with teams across media buying, UA analytics, creative, and marketing ops to ensure your channels are delivering against targetsWho You AreSkilled performance marketer with deep expertise in optimizing paid marketing campaigns to ROI goalsProven track record of successfully managing paid marketing channels, using optimization strategies to deliver on tight performance targetsExceptional analytical skills with ability to take a data-driven approach to optimization and decision-makingExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in attribution platforms and technical measurement understandingSelf sufficient and ability to self motivateAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous optimizationHighly organized with strong attention to detailNice to HavesExperience managing performance marketing campaigns for apps and / or subscription businessesMinimum Requirements2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience managing paid marketing campaignsCalm uses a geographic pay model that determines salaries based on the location where an employee lives. For this position, the base pay ranges across Calm's pay tiers is as follows : $106,600 - $162,800The base pay range represents the low and high end of Calm's salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other
