Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking a strategic marketing leader to own and execute our comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, content, and local channels. You will optimize Google Business Profile, manage LSAs, oversee SEO and AI-driven optimization, and lead website and CMS improvements.

You will drive social media, email campaigns, and analytics to improve leads, conversions, and online reputation, while collaborating with leadership to expand in West Michigan.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Business Profile and Google Local Services Ads.
• Strong SEO, PPC and analytics skills.
• Ability to lead marketing across channels and measure outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for the company.
• Manage Google Business Profile optimization and LSAs.
• Oversee online reputation, reviews, and email marketing campaigns.
• Lead SEO, PPC campaigns, and AI-driven optimization efforts.
• Manage website and CMS (WordPress) updates and improvements.
• Drive social media strategy and content creation.

What You’ll Own

You’ll have responsibility for developing and executing our entire marketing strategy, including:

• Google Business Profile optimization
• Online review strategy and reputation management
• Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
• Pay‑Per‑Click campaign management and vendor oversight
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• AI Search Optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging platforms)
• Website management and ongoing improvements
• Social media strategy and content creation
• Email marketing campaigns
• Community outreach and local events
• Referral and customer loyalty programs
• Property manager and commercial partner communications
• Marketing analytics and reporting
• Brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
