10Pearls seeks a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a team and actively contribute to campaigns, messaging, and content. You will set direction, raise quality, and ensure strong execution while personally writing and shaping communications for enterprise audiences.

The ideal candidate has exceptional writing, business acumen, and initiative, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation.
• Previous experience mentoring marketers while remaining hands-on.
• Proven ability to develop messaging for enterprise audiences.
• Strong storytelling and content development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team while staying hands-on in execution.
• Set high standards for writing, messaging, and overall marketing quality.
• Write and edit content across websites, campaigns, email, social media, and executive communications.
• Translate complex tech topics into clear messaging for enterprise decision-makers.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns across channels (email, web, social, search, events).
• Own growth initiatives to increase qualified demand and improve funnel conversion.
• Partner with Sales on account-based marketing programs and measurement of progress.
• Shape go-to-market messaging in collaboration with leadership and delivery teams.
