Her First $100K is seeking a Marketing Manager who navigates strategy and hands-on execution, translating goals into actionable plans and directing a small contractor team.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, manage content operations, write briefs, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with the Brand Director in a founder-led environment.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, data-driven iteration, and clear communication to broaden revenue and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Strong messaging, positioning, and conversion instincts across digital channels.
• Experience managing contractors or a small team with clear direction.
• Data-driven with ability to read campaign performance and act.
• Excellent written communication for briefs and recaps.
• Experience working with a founder/CEO in a fast-moving, content-driven env.
• Familiarity with email, social, podcast, and paid ads channels.
• Proficiency with Showit and WordPress; update web properties directly.
• Preferred tools: Kajabi, ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end marketing execution across channels tied to KPIs.
• Leads content operations and the content calendar across formats.
• Writes or directs copy for pages and launches; updates website.
• Owns marketing reporting and analyzes the full customer journey.
• Manages contractor team and ensures quality and accountability.
• Flags capacity gaps with proposed solutions to leadership.
