Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience in startups or agencies, with comfort navigating ambiguity and a passion for learning, testing, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of non-internship marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast pivot based on data.
• Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the customer journey, identify friction points, and stay informed about industry realities.
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, to deliver measurable growth.
• Use marketing analytics to build reporting and surface data-driven insights for ongoing initiatives.
• Help manage paid media, regularly analyzing marketing efforts to identify bottlenecks, optimize channels, and confidently make strategic assumptions with existing data.
• Coordinate co-marketing efforts with OEMs, complementary brands, and communities.
• Explore creative messaging strategies and work with external copywriters and designers to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content and design assets.
