82DASH is building a new kind of customer growth engine by combining performance marketing, customer seeding and content activation to help brands recruit their target audience, get them creating, and convert participation into sales.

We’re now seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the service side, from strategy through execution, focusing on audience targeting, incentives and success metrics, while driving CAC improvements and growth for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing and consumer growth campaigns.
• Ability to define target audiences, incentives and success metrics.
• Proven track record with CAC, ROAS and growth metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own customer seeding campaigns from brief to launch and reporting.
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across paid social and other channels.
• Develop concepts that encourage participation, content creation and product trials.
• Work with brands to define audiences, incentives, objectives and KPIs.
• Build campaigns combining acquisition, content, insights and product trial.
• Analyze performance and optimize CAC, participation, conversion and redemption.
• Turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks across brands.
