Job summary

Affiniti is building the financial operating system for small businesses in America and is growing fast. This role places you at the center of growth, owning ads, email, events, and direct outreach while collaborating closely with sales to close deals and drive revenue at scale.

Based in NYC, you’ll run paid campaigns end-to-end, develop high-performing email programs, organize events, and test cross-channel growth strategies. A data-driven, ownership-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle growth role with lead generation, experimentation, and closing.
• Proven ability to scale revenue into multi-eight-figure ranges.
• Fluent in analytics, automation, and marketing workflows (GA, HubSpot, BI dashboards).
• Experience creating compelling collateral in Canva/Figma and writing well.

Responsibilities

• Own paid advertising end-to-end: strategy, copy, creative, targeting, and optimization across channels.
• Build and run high-performing email programs, including outbound sequences, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle flows.
• Plan and execute events, from conferences to hosted roundtables, coordinating logistics and follow-up.
• Partner with Sales to align messaging, share signals from campaigns, and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Develop and execute growth experiments across channels and scale what works.
• Own experiments end to end: leads list, copy, collateral, sequences, and follow-through.
• Carry a quota and drive at least 40% month-over-month revenue growth and new customers.
• Operate growth systems: CRM management, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Wear many hats in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
