Rare Candy is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own the day-to-day growth engine from acquisition to retention. You’ll run paid channels, influencer and content programs, and lifecycle campaigns to turn attention into active users and buyers. This is a senior IC role focused on measurable impact, not a people manager.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years hands-on in performance marketing with real spend and numbers to back you up.
• Experience marketing to consumer, niche-hobby, or gaming demographics; trading-card knowledge a plus.
• Ownership of lifecycle, retention, and repeat-purchase programs.
• Rigorous data mindset with clear attribution, funnels, and defensible spend.

Responsibilities

• Run performance marketing: own day-to-day across paid channels with efficient CAC and payback.
• Own performance creative: concept, brief, produce, and iterate ad creative and hooks.
• Drive lifecycle and retention: manage email, push, and in-app campaigns to turn first-time buyers into repeat collectors.
• Run programs, not vibes: manage influencer, content, and growth efforts as accountable performance programs.
• Own the numbers: build trustworthy analytics and attribution to defend every dollar spent.
• Juggle multiple workstreams: keep paid, programs, lifecycle, and creative moving on schedule.
