Alchemy Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to shape how we invest in growth across self-serve and enterprise channels. This senior role grants ownership over channel mix, ROI, and the marketing tech stack, with influence to expand into new channels as the audience evolves.

You will lead a data-driven strategy, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ecosystem Marketing, and build a team as growth requires. This office-based role is in SF or NYC three days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience.
• Experience owning full-funnel measurement from spend to pipeline.
• Ability to rank and reallocate spend across channels by ROI.
• Experience managing agencies and a marketing tech stack.
• Comfort with standing up entirely new channels.
• Cross-functional operator with Product, Sales, and Ecosystem Marketing.
• Efficiency-obsessed, data-driven decision maker.
• Familiarity with AI-powered growth initiatives.
• Willingness to be in SF or NYC office 3x a week.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel visibility from self-serve signup to enterprise sales flow.
• Set annual and quarterly channel investment strategy with data.
• Rank ROI across paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle, website, and partners.
• Evaluate and evolve tool stack and agencies.
• Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals.
• Build and lead a team; open headcount as needed.
• Represent growth in marketing planning cycles with data-backed buys.
