Sotalent is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive marketing strategy and growth for a developer-focused AI infrastructure platform. The role focuses on building brand awareness, demand, and reaching developer audiences through influencer partnerships, SEO/GEO, and high-impact campaigns.

You will own marketing budgets and have autonomy to test and scale channels with the greatest growth potential in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience with SEO and GEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
• Track record of designing and executing creative marketing campaigns.
• Experience owning marketing budgets and channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer programs from outreach to partnerships and measurement.
• Lead SEO and GEO strategies to boost organic visibility and acquisition.
• Plan and execute high-impact brand campaigns and creative initiatives.
• Develop unconventional campaigns to engage developer and startup communities.
• Manage paid campaigns aligned with growth goals.
• Allocate budgets to high-potential channels.
• Identify opportunities to reach developers and technical decision-makers.
• Contribute to product-led growth with content and videos.
