Job summary

Upbound is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to own the Upbound funnel end to end. This AI-first role reports to the VP of Marketing and requires hands-on leadership of campaigns, paid media, and marketing operations.

You will build a growth stack that scales across enterprise and product-led motions. You will own campaigns, the budget, and the analytics stack, driving outbound and inbound programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing
• Led growth, demand generation or acquisition programs
• Hands-on with ads platforms, automation, dashboards
• Experience marketing to technical buyers (platform engineers, infra)
• Built or managed a small marketing team

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth for Upbound's commercial platform.
• Manage campaign roadmap, budget, and performance reviews with sales.
• Direct paid media strategy across channels and AI-enabled optimization.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, attribution, and funnel reporting.
• Drive self-serve and enterprise motions in collaboration with product/engineering.
