Bluefish is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and own our demand generation engine and marketing tech stack. You will drive strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue, with ownership of the marketing tech stack and measurement.

You will lead end-to-end campaigns, nurture programs in HubSpot, and build attribution models, forecasts, and dashboards to guide investment decisions.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years in growth, demand generation, marketing ops, or digital marketing in B2B at high-growth startups.
• 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience including automation, workflows and reporting.
• Proven ability to measure and report marketing performance with attribution, forecasting and ROI analysis.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across email, paid, social, web, and events.
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
• Define, track and report core metrics (MQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution, ROI).
• Develop attribution models, pipelines forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Lead audience building, list segmentation, and database hygiene for targeting.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build and optimize landing pages with copy, design, and dev collaboration.
• Own SEO and GEO strategy to improve discoverability, including AI-powered platforms.
• Manage website as a core lead-gen tool with CRO, A/B testing, and collaboration with design/dev.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Product to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
