Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd seeks a Growth Marketing Lead to own its digital presence and build a scalable marketing engine for a high-scale payment orchestration platform. The role combines positioning, website optimization, content, and acquisition funnel leadership with a focus on B2B SaaS and fintech audiences.

You will work hands-on to drive campaigns, content, and AI-powered processes, collaborating with product and engineering teams in a remote-friendly, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in growth, content, digital marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Payments, DevTools, infrastructure, or another technical startup environment.
• Strong portfolio of marketing initiatives you personally built or owned.
• Demonstrated ability to generate measurable results in B2B acquisition funnels and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product website as a core acquisition and conversion channel.
• Build and operate the product’s content engine and thought leadership content.
• Own social media presence, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage and industry presence.
• Own organic acquisition strategy including SEO and content clusters.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels from first interaction to qualified opportunity.
