Kojo is seeking a senior growth marketer who can own demand generation across channels, build AI-driven workflows, and lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution. You will manage budget, collaborate with sales, product marketing, and events, and drive measurable pipeline in a fully remote Americas-based team.

You will craft and scale performance marketing, CRO, SEO, and outbound programs using a modern martech stack, AI agents, and first-party data to accelerate revenue and impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Experience with a sales-led, ENT-focused motion is a plus.
• Hands-on experience running and scaling paid search and paid social.
