Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a growth leader to own end-to-end launches across social, newsletters, and partnerships from its San Francisco base. You will shape messaging, channels, and measurement to drive signups, activation, and pipeline for an early-stage AI communications infrastructure company.

Reporting to the CMO, you will manage paid ads, SEO, content, and events while leveraging Claude and Codex to streamline workflows and insights.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of startup marketing experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end product launches across social, newsletters, and partner channels.
• Proven track record managing paid ads, SEO, newsletters, and partnerships.
• Comfort with paid platforms, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing and storytelling across social, long-form, and video concepts.
• Familiar with AI tools like Claude and Codex in daily workflow.
• Based in the US or Canada and able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver product launches across social media, newsletters, and partner channels.
• Write and produce social content, blog articles, video concepts, and customer stories.
• Manage growth channels including paid advertising, SEO, newsletters, and co-marketing partnerships.
• Coordinate events such as founder dinners, developer conferences, and sponsorships.
• Track signups, activation, and pipeline, and report performance to leadership weekly.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive work and support strategy and creative direction.
