Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership in consumer, retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience launching or scaling loyalty or membership programs.
• Ability to translate loyalty into acquisition, engagement, retention and incremental revenue.
• Strong analytical orientation and executive-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the omnichannel growth marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, loyalty, lifecycle, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth across digital and retail channels.
• Establish a disciplined test-and-learn culture with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, Analytics, and Finance to drive growth.
