Responsibilities include developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services. Optimize programs through A/B testing, offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customers.
- Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
- Collaborate with a broad range of teams in different timezones, including business, product, engineering, analytics and design teams.
- Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans.
- Define customer journeys, value propositions and educational messaging.
- Submit and maintain requirements briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the messaging experience, through new platform capabilities, and privacy friendly targeting capabilities.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
