Ideal candidates have 5+ years in senior marketing roles, with proven CAC/LTV discipline and hands-on channel ownership across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. Hybrid work and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience in DTC, eCommerce, or subscription businesses with at least 5 years leading a team, function, or P&L.

Responsibilities
