Netrality Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director to lead full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales. The role involves shaping content strategy for SEO and AI-enhanced discovery, collaborating cross-functionally to build scalable campaigns, and delivering measurable outcomes through marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in a broad B2B marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries (infrastructure, SaaS, telecom, or data centers).
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Demand Generation: design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Drive campaign strategy, creative briefings, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Build nurture flows, lifecycle campaigns, and customer-curated content to boost conversion.
• Create and manage social content for the company’s LinkedIn page.
• Develop a strategic content roadmap for brand storytelling and sales enablement.
• Create emails, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
