• Strong skills in measurement, attribution, and testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across Organic, Paid Media, and Paid Search to generate pipeline and revenue
• Lead a multi-channel growth function with a creator's mindset across channels
• Partner with Web/Design/Brand/PR/AR teams to maximize visibility and influence
• Build and coach a high-performing team, focusing on experimentation and 10x thinking
• Shape priorities for web initiatives and ensure machine-readable, extractable site structure
