Xebec, Inc. is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own the creative engine behind our ecommerce initiatives. You’ll collaborate with our marketing head and own from concept to execution, balancing creativity with data-driven insights.

With 2–5 years in relevant roles, you’ll develop compelling campaigns, drive Meta advertising, optimize landing pages, and leverage AI workflows to accelerate growth while maintaining high-quality output. Remote-friendly startup culture awaits.

OWN THE CREATIVE ENGINE

Creative is our biggest driver of growth. Our goal isn't more ads, it's consistently better ones.

• Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
• Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
• Review footage and give performance feedback
• Work with editors to polish ads
• Build repeatable production processes

LEARN THE BUSINESS

As you grow, you'll gradually take ownership across:

• Meta advertising
• Landing page optimization
• Analytics and reporting
• AI-powered marketing workflows

TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTION

Great marketing starts with understanding customers. You'll regularly:

• Read reviews and analyze feedback
• Study competitors
• Identify buying motivations and objections
• Turn insight into stronger creative
