• Strong understanding of social media and digital content.

• Are a strong writer and communicator.
• Are comfortable working across multiple projects and audiences.
• Can work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Bring energy, curiosity, and a willingness to try new things.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate fresh, creative marketing ideas to help MSI stand out in the marketplace.
• Develop engaging content for social media, email, website, and other channels.
• Help develop campaigns and initiatives that support company growth and engagement.
• Create and coordinate written, visual, and digital content while maintaining MSI's brand and voice.
• Work with internal teams to uncover stories and insights for content.
• Own MSI's social media presence and develop a content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Stay current on emerging platforms, trends, and marketing tools.
• Track performance and use data to improve content and campaigns.
• Develop internal communications and employee engagement content.
• Partner with sales, leadership, HR to communicate initiatives and tell MSI's story.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Bring creativity and organization to marketing projects and timelines.
