• Help develop campaigns, promotions, and initiatives for growth and engagement.
• Create and coordinate written, visual, and digital content maintaining MSI's brand and voice.
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, HR, and other teams to tell MSI's story.
• Own MSI's social media presence and develop a consistent content strategy.
