You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to optimize assets, test headlines, and implement paid media across platforms, contributing to overall campaign success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred; or an Associate degree with two years relevant experience.
• Experience with internet marketing/e-commerce in a business environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Google Analytics to measure website performance.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels (social, display, affiliate).
• Assist in creating and updating assets for paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and more.
• Test and optimize creative assets and headlines for performance.
• Develop high-performing ad assets with copy, visuals, and videos in collaboration with the creative team.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with external paid media vendors and ensure brand consistency.
