Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an Associate Manager of Growth Marketing to support paid media across the Steve Madden LLC portfolio in the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You will collaborate with media agencies to execute campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate and Display, delivering assets, briefs, and timely handoffs to partners.

You will optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced retail environment,

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of paid media or growth marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Display.
• Analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and revenue.
• Own creative process from start to finish in partnership with internal teams and agency partners.
• Develop and manage creative briefs across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and Affiliate in partnership with creative, copy, and brand teams.
• Review creative assets prior to trafficking for brand consistency, platform compliance, and messaging accuracy.
• Coordinate creative testing programs across channels and track variant performance.
