Steve Madden seeks an Amazon Account Manager to own the commercial performance for a brand portfolio—Steve Madden Women’s, Madden Girl, Betsey Johnson, Anne Klein, Blondo, Dolce Vita, or Steve Madden Kids. This on-site role in Long Island City partners with Marketing and BI to drive outcomes, with full ownership of the account relationship and strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central account management experience.
• Commercial instincts; you understand how account decisions connect to P&L outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands.
• Collaborative working style with marketing, sales, and BI counterparts.
• Clear communicator; you engage leadership with concise briefs.
• On-site presence required in the New York metro area.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon P&L for an assigned brand portfolio; manage revenue, sell-through, and inventory performance with profitability.
• Build and execute the seasonal account plan; align assortment, promos, and marketing investment with brand priorities and Amazon cadence.
• Lead joint business planning with Amazon Vendor Managers; negotiate promotions, co-op funding, and expanded selection.
• Develop and present seasonal recaps and forward-looking plans; flag risks and opportunities early.
