Maven Clinic is the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, partnering with employers and health plans to deliver comprehensive programs across fertility, maternity, parenting, and menopause. We are seeking a Member Growth Marketing professional to own intake, triage, and cross-functional execution of enrollment initiatives, turning strategy into shipped work.

You will build client-ready decks, pull data from Looker, and support payer microsites and landing pages while driving

Formación

• 1–3 years of marketing operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience triaging requests and delivering client-ready assets.
• Comfort pulling data from dashboards and packaging results for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own intake and triage for incoming requests, track status and follow up.
• Build slides and assets for cross-functional workstreams and readouts.
• Fulfill data and reporting requests using dashboards and literature packaging.
• Drive action items from meetings to keep projects moving.
• Support creation and iteration of payer microsites.
• Incorporate client feedback into communications across design and copy docs.
• Assist enrollment landing pages and URL creation.
• Identify opportunities for automation to scale workflows.
