Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking an entry- to mid-level Growth Marketing Associate to drive multi-channel demand generation for mortgage technology solutions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Professional Services to accelerate pipeline and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves coordinating end-to-end webinar programs, planning paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), creating messaging and assets, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in B2B technology marketing with exposure to growth/demand generation.
• Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience coordinating webinar programs from planning to reporting.
• Experience developing sales enablement materials is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate metrics into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end webinar program execution including content coordination, logistics, promotion and follow-up.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels aligned to pipeline targets.
• Assist with ad creative development and ensure brand consistency and performance tracking.
• Build landing pages, email nurture sequences and conversion components.
• Pull and report on campaign metrics and surface optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and budget.
• Support organic search efforts via website updates and keyword optimization.
• Review and edit campaign copy for accuracy and messaging.
