Job summary

Arch, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our demand engine. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Arch’s demand generation programs across segments, personas, and channels.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations to develop go-to-market programs that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention, delivering measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Own and drive growth marketing strategy across channels and lifecycle stages.
• Build scalable demand generation programs that accelerate pipeline.
• Translate data into measurable outcomes, with attribution and dashboards.
• Partner across marketing, sales, product, and partnerships to align GTM motions.
• Create 0→1 marketing programs and establish infrastructure in a fast-growing company.
• Experience linking marketing activity to revenue impact.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable processes.
• Deep experience with marketing tech stacks including HubSpot and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Arch’s demand orchestration strategy across customer segments, personas, channels, and lifecycle stages
• Build and scale structured acquisition, expansion, and retention programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement
• Develop multi-channel growth programs across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, partner, and referral channels
• Partner with Product Marketing to align demand programs with product positioning, launches, and key market moments
• Build lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture tracks, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys that support acquisition, retention, and expansion
• Partner with Sales to align marketing campaigns with outbound motions and create coordinated go-to-market strategies for high-priority accounts
• Work closely with Partnerships to activate Arch’s partner network as a scalable demand channel
• Develop referral and network-based growth programs leveraging Arch’s ecosystem
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize tech stack, attribution model, and reporting that ties programs to revenue
• Create scalable playbooks and operating rhythms to enable growth marketing at scale
