Job summary

Avenue Z in Miami or Orlando is seeking a Growth Marketing AI Engineer who builds production-ready AI agents, automations, and reporting for paid media, creator, and ecommerce programs. You will own end-to-end systems launching and QAing ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google, driving budget efficiency and measurable revenue impact.

You will lead with hands-on coding, define standards, review teammates' work, and embed with cross-functional teams to ship high-leverage automations that move revenue,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with paid media on Meta, Google, or TikTok.
• Experience building AI agents and automation in production.
• Strong knowledge of platforms' APIs and integration patterns.
• Proven leadership of engineering or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents, automations, and paid media reporting systems.
• Embed with paid media, creator, and ecommerce teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Define architecture, review code, and enforce shipping standards.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and adoption across teams.
