Job summary

Avenue Z Company is seeking a Marketing AI Engineer to build and ship AI agents and automations that run paid media, creator and affiliate campaigns, CRO, and client reporting. You will lead production-ready solutions, set coding standards, and mentor engineers across multiple service lines to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Based in Miami or Orlando, onsite, you will partner with paid media and ecommerce teams to move fast, automate high-impact workflows, and deliver measurable business value

Qualifications

• Background in growth marketing with hands-on paid media on platforms like Meta/Google/TikTok.
• Experience building with marketing platform APIs (Meta/TikTok/Shopify/Google).
• Deep knowledge of how agencies and brands actually operate in paid media.

Responsibilities

• Build against the marketing platforms our revenue runs on.
• Embed with paid media, creator and affiliate, CRO, and ecommerce teams to map workflows and automate steps.
• Provide technical leadership on product roadmap and enforce coding/design standards for agents and automations.
• Lead intake and prioritization of automation requests to drive revenue, time savings, or client retention.
