You will run experiments across paid search, video, newsletters, communities, and organic channels to identify what actually converts and scale successful approaches.

With a lean team and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Experience growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
• Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending.
• Ability to create copy, landing pages, and product demos without external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic.
• Shut down underperforming channels using data-driven decisions.
• Produce marketing assets including ad copy and landing pages.
• Collaborate with product to ship acquisition-focused requirements and onboarding flows.
• Build end-to-end funnel tracking from click to LTV.
