Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures seeks the first dedicated marketer to own demand generation, product marketing, and events for enterprise buyers across North America and EMEA, helping drive qualified pipeline and revenue for autonomous mobile robot fleets.

You will develop positioning and messaging, run programs with marketing automation and CRM tools, create sales enablement content, and plan events. You will work closely with a small, in-person team to move fast in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B product marketing with ownership of enterprise pipeline.
• Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and competitive content for enterprise products.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Startup experience or small, fast-moving teams an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates product value to enterprise buyers.
• Own demand generation programs that build qualified pipeline across NA and EMEA.
• Create sales enablement materials and competitive content for the enterprise team.
• Plan and deliver marketing events to support business development and engagement.
• Track funnel performance, attribution, and ROI to improve effectiveness.
