fal is looking for a high-agency Growth Marketer to execute across launches, partnerships, campaigns, creators, events, content, and more as we scale.

This generalist role moves fast: you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, ship to market, and turn ideas into actionable plans. You’ll own launches from concept through live, draft copy, coordinate creator activations, and help fal show up at hackathons.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or a broad role.
• Generalist and operator capable of coordinating work and executing it yourself.
• Extremely high-agency, organized, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong communicator and writer with solid marketing instincts.

Responsibilities

• Run launches: manage timelines, assets, partners, demos, landing pages, social.
• Coordinate across marketing, engineering, design, creative and external partners; prevent blockers.
• Turn hackathons, partnerships, creator activations into executable plans.
• Draft copy, QA a landing page, source creators, organize a competition and approvals.
• Build lightweight systems around launches to move faster with less friction.
