Job description

What Tequipy does

Companies that hire in many countries use us to get configured hardware delivered to every new hire. We also track each device, recover it when someone leaves, and send it to the next person. We buy from 600+ local resellers, so equipment arrives in about 3 days. Our CEO, Tomasz, ran IT at Revolut while it grew from 100 to 5,000 people.

Why this role exists

Most content in our market looks the same. We want people to remember Tequipy. Our founders' LinkedIn has already proved it can bring us customers. Now we want more ways to reach buyers: campaigns people talk about, press outside Poland, events, case studies and reviews. This role owns all of it, and finds what we should try next.

Who we're looking for

We hire for how you work. All levels are welcome, as long as you've worked in marketing and have results to show. You don't need to tick every box below, and you don't need to have done any of the initiatives further down.

Must haveAI first. You use AI for everything it can do, and you build the workflows yourself. This part is required. Nobody will hand you a finished stack.

You can show results. You can say 'I did X, it proved Y, and this was my part.' Your own account, a side project or a client's channel all count. Proof matters more to us than years.

The rest you can grow intoYou start from the goal. Before you begin, you ask why we're doing it, what it should prove, and who we need to get there.

You think in funnels. A post with 300 likes and no demos is only the first step. You plan what comes next: who engaged, how we reach them, what we send, and when sales steps in.

You test with discipline. Before a test starts, you write down what would count as success. You know the difference between a bad channel and a badly run test.

You have taste, and you check it. You can tell when a draft or a freelancer's work will get lost in the feed. When 'y're not sure, you try it small before we put real budget behind it.

You work well with freelancers and agencies. You pick them, brief them, check their work, and stop working with them when it isn't working.

You understand people who work in tech. Our buyers are IT managers, CTOs and People Ops leads at companies that hire across countries. You can write something they read to the end.

What's already open

Some of this already works. The rest are bets, and we expect most bets to fail. When one works, you put most of your time into it and cut the work that doesn't help it. If it's more than one person can handle, even with good AI workflows, we hire the next one. You don't have to do it all yourself. Bringing in the right freelancer is part of the job.

Already works, keep it running

LinkedIn for our founders and team. Our founders' profiles already bring us customers. We extended it to about six people across the team as an experiment. You plan the posts with each person, keep what works and change what doesn't.

Case studies, reviews and awards

You work with our Customer Success Manager and talk to our customers, so you know how they describe the problem. You turn happy customers into case studies and publish them on our website. You also get more reviews on G2, Trustpilot and similar sites, and apply for industry awards.

Bets we're testing now

A LinkedIn funnel. You turn engagement into conversations: comments, connections, messages, a lead magnet, and a handover to sales. A video test. We've recorded short videos with Tomasz and a videographer, and the posts go out over the next month. You look at the results and decide: we do more, we change the format, or we stop.

Campaigns nobody else in our market would try

One idea on our list: Tequipy becomes 'Tequi-pie', and a few chosen companies get a branded box with a cake inside instead of a laptop. You can tell a one-off stunt from something we can repeat.

Slower bets

PR outside Poland. We work with a PR agency to get Tequipy into the press in other markets. You brief them and check their work. Events, now and then. When someone suggests an event, you check if it fits our goals and our buyers. When we go, you plan the social posts around it.

What success looks like after 3 months

The profiles that work post regularly, and each person trusts you with their voice. Your first unusual campaign is live, or ready to launch. Your AI workflows handle the repetitive work, so most of your week goes to ideas and to the bets that work. Every week you share what you tried, what worked and what's next, and nobody has to ask for it.

This role is not for you if

You need a playbook before you start. You want the same tasks every week. You use AI only to write posts and fix grammar.
