Growth Marketer | Social Impact Consumer Mobile App

Location: Remote (US-based)

A small, mission-led founding team is building a consumer mobile app that helps people do good daily.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Growth Marketer to own top-of-funnel growth, from acquisition to activation. You’ll craft compelling messaging, run experiments, and scale campaigns that inspire users to sign up, and stay engaged.

This is an opportunity to shape growth strategy at a purpose-driven company that’s reimagining what it means to give back.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and run campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and community channels
• Optimize onboarding funnel and drive improvements in activation rates
• Own messaging and positioning for performance channels
• Build growth experiments, track metrics, and scale what works
• Work alongside product, design, and content to tell our story with clarity and emotion

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 3–7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles
• Have driven measurable growth in a mobile B2C product (bonus for social/missions-based apps)
• Are fluent in funnel metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Thrive on experimentation and user psychology
• Write emotionally compelling, high-converting copy
• Are energized by being on a small team, building from the ground up
• Believe in the power of daily action to change the world
