National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in Washington, DC is seeking a Chief Market & Growth Officer to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Sales, Marketing, and Communications. You will report to the CEO and lead an integrated function focused on growth, brand, and demand generation.

The role requires 12–15 years of senior leadership, proven revenue performance, and expertise in multi-channel buyer journeys.

Qualifications

12–15 years of progressive leadership in marketing, communications, and sales/business development.
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and customer/member acquisition and retention.
Expertise in multi-channel lead generation and acquisition opportunities.
Experience partnering with product teams to build customer-centered marketing/sales journeys.
Experience building, leading, and integrating high-performing cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including revenue and pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

Own revenue and business development strategy, delivering against growth targets.
Identify, cultivate, and close new business across priority markets.
Build and lead the sales/business development function.
Partner with product/program teams to design customer-centered sales journeys and GTM motions.
Set pipeline targets and dashboards; report revenue accountability to the CEO/Executive Team.
Lead an integrated marketing/communications strategy to build demand and convert engagement into customers.
