Job summary

Prosum is seeking a hands-on Director of HR to own the full HR function for a growing, PE-backed organization with roughly 75 employees. This on-site role in Plano, TX focuses on people, culture, growth, recruiting, compliance, and development.

Responsibilities include owning HR, supporting M&A integrations, leading recruiting for technical and sales roles, managing performance, compliance, and reporting to the Board. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR and multi-state experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a company through significant growth.
• Hands-on HR leadership with recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of CA/TX and multi-state HR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall HR/People function and advise leadership on employee matters.
• Lead HR support for M&A, acquisitions, and employee integration.
• Manage recruiting strategy and personally support hiring for MSP technicians, engineers, BDMs, and other key roles.
• Own performance management, quarterly KPIs, employee retention, and turnover.
• Oversee Trainual, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations and CA, TX, and multi-state HR compliance.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and equity incentive programs.
• Provide quarterly people metrics and reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
• Build scalable HR processes to support continued growth and acquisitions.
