John Evans Recruiting is seeking an HR Director for a physician-led, PE-backed healthcare management services organization expanding across multiple states. The role spans strategy, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance, and acquisition onboarding.

The candidate will partner with executives, physicians, Finance, Legal, and Operations to standardize policies, drive growth, and integrate new practices with credibility and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership.
• Experience building or scaling an HR function in a growing organization.
• Healthcare, medical aesthetics, med spa, or multi-site wellness services experience.
• Experience integrating acquisitions or onboarding new locations.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company preferred.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the HR function to support a growing, multi-state organization.
• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business goals and the growth plans of a private equity-backed company.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and physician partners on people matters.
• Create scalable policies, processes, and HR infrastructure as the organization grows.
• Lead the people side of acquisitions, from due diligence through onboarding.
• Integrate newly acquired practices into company policies, benefits, payroll, and culture.
• Help new employees and practice leaders transition smoothly into the organization.
