About the Role
The Head of Human Resources reports directly to the President and owns the full HR function. This is a financially minded HR leader who sees people costs as one of the largest levers in the business. Beyond leading recruiting, retention, payroll, benefits, and HR systems, this person will own HR financial reporting and analysis, present to the board, and support HR through acquisitions.
