Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Program Operations Lead for Growth Levers in San Francisco to own an integrated operating system that coordinates incentives, host-funded promotions, CRM, partnerships and merchandising on one roadmap and one source of truth.

You will own the intake, sequencing, budget translation, and launch governance across regional pods, central teams, and finance, ensuring on-time delivery and clear ownership. Fluent English; expected in office ~3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management, operations or marketing roles across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to establish centralized operating systems and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional orchestration across product, growth marketing, merchandising, finance, and regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-lever roadmap and source of truth across incentives, promotions, CRM, partnerships and merchandising.
• Set up intake, sequencing, prioritization processes for campaigns.
• Translate budget into executable plans and track spend and return.
• Lead weekly business reviews and executive reporting across regions.
