Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager on the Price & Value Innovation team to lead holistic price and value strategies that drive growth. You will work with Finance, IT and Marketing to convert data into actionable plans that improve sales and customer trips.

The role requires 8+ years in retail analytics, expert Excel/PowerPoint, SQL, Python, and Tableau; travel up to 25% may be required. You will manage large datasets and advanced dashboards to influence promotional strategies across CVS

Qualifications

Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail analytics or a related occupation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python, XML, Oracle/SQL, PowerBI, ML and predictive modeling.
Understanding of ETL, data models and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

Perform deep customer and market analyses to develop category insights and recommendations.
Build category-level price and value plans.
Analyze customer segments to identify opportunities for pricing and promotions.
Develop marketing analytics tools to support promotional activity.
Develop and optimize dashboards to track KPIs across Merchandizing categories.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Marketing to align outputs with business goals.
