Qualifications

• Experience developing analyses, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with market opportunity evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with CVS Health's long-term growth.
• Monitor healthcare, life sciences, and adjacent markets to spot opportunities and risks.
• Develop strategic recommendations, financial analyses, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Partner with internal leaders to design and advance innovative growth initiatives.
• Support incubation, piloting, and launch of new products, services, partnerships, and models.
• Build relationships across the enterprise and influence without direct authority.
• Collaborate with external organizations to evaluate partnership opportunities and value.
• Drive multiple workstreams with high quality, organization, and execution.
• Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
